About Yaeger’s Farm Market
Yaeger’s Farm Market is a family farm market, greenhouse, sweet corn farm, and pumpkin patch located on Route 38 in DeKalb, Illinois. Since 1967, Yaeger’s has served DeKalb and the surrounding Northern Illinois area with seasonal produce, flowering plants, pumpkins, fall activities, and family-friendly farm market experiences.
The business started when David Yaeger opened a small farm stand and greenhouse on Route 38. What began with plants grown out of his mother’s garage grew into a trusted local stop for fresh produce, greenhouse plants, sweet corn, pumpkins, and seasonal farm activities.
Over the years, Yaeger’s Farm Market expanded to include three greenhouses, a vegetable garden, several acres of sweet corn, and a well-known fall pumpkin patch. Families visit throughout the season for locally grown produce, hanging baskets, flowering plants, fall decorations, pumpkins, and activities on the farm.
After working alongside David for decades, his nephew Mark Yaeger took over the business in 2003. Today, Yaeger’s Farm Market continues the same tradition of family-grown quality, local service, and seasonal farm market experiences for customers in DeKalb and the surrounding area.
For more than 55 years, Yaeger’s Farm Market has remained committed to growing local produce and helping families enjoy the best of each season. From spring plants and summer sweet corn to fall pumpkins and farm activities, Yaeger’s continues to be a trusted local farm market in DeKalb, Illinois.
